Reaching our Military for Christ

In this challenging time for our nation, God has opened doors for Amerson Music Ministries to reach out and touch the hearts of our military like never before. Opportunities to encourage, pray for and minister to those in the military community have been humbling.

Amerson Music Ministries is about freedom and faith. Because of that, Steve Amerson is regularly asked to participate in funerals at Arlington National Cemetery, at Wounded Warrior events, for Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Foundation events and other events in support of military families across the country.

Our Nation’s Heroes

We believe the sacrifice of our nation’s heroes deserves nothing less than sacrificial service of our own. We do not ask for – and rarely receive – any payment for many of these events, but we have found that these are genuine ministry opportunities.

We Need Your Help

With your help, we can provide strength in times of discouragement, comfort in times of grief, and hope in times of despair. As we recognize those who have sacrificed for our nation, we can share the Savior who also made the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind.

These events are strategic opportunities to share Christ — it could be:

…Standing alongside a grieving family at Arlington National Cemetery…Singing for and encouraging orphans and widows of our military

…Spending time with the widow of a Medal of Honor recipient as they grieve their loss.

…Singing at an event honoring Wounded Warriors.

Opportunities to minister to members of our military and their families come my way continually. The need for funds to cover travel, lodging and other expenses is urgent.
